National car rental at Dolphin - details appreciated - thank you

Called National this morn. Asked for price diff from 3day to 5day. Was told $148 for 3 day and $284 for 5. Its double for an extra 2 days! why would that be?
Is there an 800#? website? looking for any info. Thank you
Anyone know what time they open/close at the Dolphin? We're just looking for a midsize/small car to get 3 of us to SeaWorld & Universal for 3days. Thinking of renting from Tues morn till Thurs night.

Right. The valet at Dolphin will take your car and give you a receipt and such as proof you returned it to them.

Also, if you plan a pickup right at 8 a.m. expect it to take a few minutes. Often the agent is just arriving and starting up the reservation system. When you're processed you take your paperwork to the valet out front and they get your car for you.

OP: Were the extra two days Friday and Saturday? Prices jump on weekends.

We just returned a car to the Dolphin last week. We were to return it by 1:00 p.m. but brought it back at 11:00 a.m. - 2 hrs early. Got the receipt from Valet. Just got my emailed receipt and was charged for 1 extra hour! I shouldn't be charged more! Extra $10! anyone else ever have this happen.

Just don't rent - pick up or drop off at the car care center at WWD - that was another whole nightmare experience. Never again from the car care center!
