National Car Code?

Does anyone happen to know what organization belongs to code 5760339. It gives good rates but I don't want to use it if there has to be some proof of belonging to the organization. Also does National have any codes that allow a free additional driver.

According to my notes, 5760339 is the Carlson code. Mary from Mousesavers took it off her site because she found out it was intended for the use of travel agents only.
