National at FLL or Mia ????

Hi all,

Is anyone familiar with National Car Rental in FLL or MIA?? We are renting out of both and just want to know if its the same setup as MCO: walk out to the lot, grab the car and go? Or is there a shuttle involved

Shuttle in FLL and pretty sure shuttle in MIA. FLL no one is "onsite" the lot is about 5 minutes away. Pretty painless

Oh. Never rented a car when a shuttle was involved Actually, never even used a shuttle anywhere Now for my stupid question:

Here are the easy steps
1. Go to rental counter in the terminal, fill out contract
2 Go out side and get on Shuttle bus to rental location
3 Put bags in car drive away

It is really very simple I would not give it a second thought

I have picked up several times from National in FLL, it is easy to get out and the major roadways are a few blocks away.

Go to the counter? fill out the contract? But I'm an EA member and booked Emerald Reserve..............

Should be able to bypass the counter so I guess I should just jump on the shuttle, go to the reserve aisle, pick my car and drive off. right?
