We are going on 4-day dream cruise in feb with a party of 6 families. We all want kids to experience Dolphin encounter as all kids are 7 or younger except my eldest (9yrs).So , it will be 3x6=18 people for the encounter.
I am looking for cheap and best experience.

I have narrowed it down to Blue lagoon Dalphin encounter or Atlantis Dalphin encounter. I see that Blue lagoon Dalphin encounter, has a little better reviews than Atlantis one.

Please help me which one is better both cost wise and experience wise. Also to book through DCL or through other online sites(though I didn't see much difference in both).

Appreciate your help!

We did the Blue Lagoon encounter and loved it. My kids were 3, 9, and 12 at the time. The Island itself was great. There were other things to do there and was not too crowded. Never done the Atlantis one but would recommend Blue Lagoon. When we booked it was also cheaper.

I second Blue Lagoon. I've done both. There's lots to do on the island and it's a lot cheaper. Look for specials on their website. We were able to buy 2 get 1 free for our party of 6! (So 2 for free)

If you decide that you would rather spend your time at Atlantis and enjoy the water park AND do the dolphin excursion, book a throw away room at Comfort Suites for every 4 people in your party. You can get a room for like $250 a night and it includes admission into Atlantis for everyone in your room as well as breakfast if you're there early enough! Beats paying what, $115 per person?
