Alot of people wish they would do that but from what I understand NASCAR feels it would possibly change the outcome of the race, because it would change the amount of miles which would change all the figuring and planning that goes into the race, pitting, gas, etc. Plus the tv networks would go over time which means $$$. It's such a give and take thing because the safety of the drivers it was matters most but nobody is happy when a race ends under caution. They are using alot of laps under caution, I guess trying to figure out everyones position.

Congrats to Brer Papa on his 2nd win of the season!! When he wins he does with tremendous style! All 5 drivers in the top 10, 4 in the top 4. (I had 4 in the top 4 too but I also had the driver who finished 43rd - drat!)

I've been checking these threads, but not participating lately. Seems no matter who i run in my fantasy laegue something always happens and i lose. This week is no exception.

And good god was i mad about the ending of today's race. I was on the edge of the couch waiting for the final shootout between Jr. and Jeff. But nope. Brian had to ruin it for me. And i completely agree with whoever said they add laps on to make up for the caution laps. No reason not to run it under green.

And maybe by next week, I'll calm down and pick drivers for California

Dang! I had a good week....reminds me of that old saying...."even a blind squirrel finds an acorn once in a while..."

from worst to first.....to worst....worst...eventually...first again....lol...

It was a wild race...and , no matter what...the rules are the rules.... a "right spot at the right time" sort of thing....
