Narrowed down to 3

I am beginning to plan for a four night trip in late August and I think I have it narrowed down to 3 hotels. I am looking for input, experiences and opinions!!! The final 3: Park Vue, Best Western Plus, and Tropicana.
The things I really care about are cleanliness, location, price and noise level!

I have only stayed at PVI location can't be beat its at the crosswalk from the entrance, breakfast is great free parking if you drive, we stayed last summer very clean rooms and recently been updated, I never heard people in rooms next to us we did hear people who let their kids run up and down in front of the rooms (we were on the second floor) but it wasn't to bad, we had a queen with bunk beds and I thought the price was really good can't remember exactly what it was now, I highly recommend it and had planned on staying our trip next summer but I was able to get the new Homewood Suites for $149/night for a king/bunk bed room so we went with that instead

Another vote for PVI...especially if you have a car because they include free parking.

PVI would be my choice of those three.
