Does anyone have pictures of Narcoossee's that show how the tables were setup? i'm having a relatively small wedding with about 30 people,so I was trying to figure out how many people would be at each table. TIA

We had 35 people and did our "head" table two long tables by the windows with the adults and one table for the kids.

That's such a nice set up, thanks for sharing the pics! For our escape wedding (in early planning stages) we're pretty set on Narcoossee's for an after-ceremony luncheon and it's great to see how pretty the place can look with some decorations. Our party will only be 20 people so we'll probably just do the long table.

Love the set up they made for the cake!

We asked that the tables be arranged into somewhat of a "banquet round" configuration. We ended up pushing two 4 tops together to form eight-top tables and arranged them in an arch with the sweetheart table at the apex (in the center)

The cake table was set to the side by the entrance

The trio and the silhouette artist were on the top level (as well as the pre-reception tables and food)

We did our special dances in front of the sweetheart table

But there was some silly spontaneous dancing up by the trio on the top level

Thank you so much ladies. That's exactly what I needed. lov2b@disney-Your planning journal has helped me so much with my wedding, because our weddings are so similar! And tiggerrifficheidi, I love how you set your tables up. It definitely makes it feel more like a reception than just a dinner out at a restaurant.

Yes, there's room for dancing up top.

Here's the diagram my planner sent me to fill in where I wanted my tables (please excuse my drawing. I'm a HORRIBLE artist)

We actually ended up with 5 tables on the right side and 4 on the left, so there's one more, plus a cake table and a favor table (on the lower level). This all fit without it being crowded at all.

On the upper level, we had the pre-reception food, the band and the silhouette artist. They'll clear the food, and you could put any musicians on the lower level if you had fewer folks than I did. Even though we still had all of that up there, we did have room to do some silly dancing, although most of our guests weren't into it.

Please excuse these pictures. We look like dorks and we're silly...but I'm posting them in the hopes of painting a better picture for you! :rotfl:
