Narcoossee's Reservation Question

I have a reservation for 4 adults 2 children at Narcoosees. Now 2 more adults will be joining us. I called to add them, and was told that they didn't have the room. So I called back again this morning, and the woman told me that I can't call them to make reservations of 8 or more, and that I have to call the restaurant myself. This is not what the first CM told me.

So which is it??

I was told by a CM a few days ago that Nacorssees don't accept reservations for 8 unless you call them. I did call them directly and was able to get a reservation for 8.

Yes, online it says when trying to make an ADR for 8 that you need to call.

I was told the best time to call is about an hour before the restaurant opens as they are there and not as busy.
