Hello gang!

I would love to hear some reviews of Narcoosee's, mom and I are thinking about going there during our upcoming trip, we are on the Silver Plan and this uses 2 wishes, we want to make sure it would be worth it.

Also, is there a dress code?

Thanks!!

Narcoosee's is one of my favorate's the menue changes to reflect the season but I have never been disapointed. The Dress is resort casual I have never seen them turn someone away. If you know when wishes will be and you plan it just right you can see them from there as well as hear the music. I am also thinking of going here with my Mom in September. Enjoy!

I've had incredibly good food with incredibly bad service there. The last time we ate there (March, 2004), service was so slow that I'm not sure we'll dine there again anytime soon.

But the food has never failed to please. Maybe we've just had bad luck, but of the four times we've eaten there in teh apst two years, the service has never been excellent, and usually been marginal. In fact service is my only ocmplaint about this restaurant.

Although I prefer to dress in something smart/business/resort casual for dinner at Disney's upscale restaurants, Narcooses is probably one of the most casual of those. You'll see everything from suits to park attire. IMHO something on the more casual side of inbetween works well there.

This was one of our favorite meals this past July and it was my son's girlfriend's favorite of the trip. She had a stuffed flounder that she said was exceptionally good. I had also called ahead and had special desserts ordered for each member of the family and the plates were personalized with the kids names written in chocolate on them. When we arrived, the manager Todd came out to seat us as he was the one I had spoken to about the desserts. When they served the desserts, several waiters came at once to place all the desserts at the same time. I thought the service was exceptional and the food very good. It was a highlight of our trip. The atmosphere looking out over the water is beautiful and of course Cinderella Castle from there is breathtaking.

We've always loved the food and had great service at Narcoossee's. We go there every trip.

We have decided to make this our before Cirque dinner, we were going to go to Fulton's which is also 2 wishes, but we did Fulton's the last two times, so it will be nice to go somewhere else.

Thanks for all the input and keep em coming, I would love to hear more!

Anyone else with any input for me?

We might change and not do dinner before Cirque so that we can see the fireworks, can you see them from any seat, or is it like the Cali Grill where you want to try to sit at the window?
