Can someone please tell me what the dress code is like? Can my 16 and 19 yo sons get by with a pair of Khakis and a polo shirt?

That will be fine dress at Narcooses's. You can even get by with a little less dress there. Many wear "nicer" park attire (a pair of shorts even and a polo).
