I've heard that if your timing is right you can view not only wishes but another show as well from Narccoossee's (I cant remember the name of the second show) the people I spoke to said to make it for around 830 for this, I made my ADR for 9pm will this work?
Also because its a MVMCP night ill be leaving the park at 7 at the latest so I may have some time to kill around the Floridian any recommendations of what to check out?
I'm vegan so order recommends don't really apply

That would be The Electrical Water Pageant, here is some information I found.

Discover some of the best places to watch the Pageant across Walt Disney World Resort! Locations include:

• Disney's Polynesian Village Resort – Beginning at 9:00 PM
• Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa (includingNarcoossee's) – Beginning at 9:15 PM
• Disney’s Wilderness Lodge – Beginning at 9:30 PM
• Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground – Beginning at 9:45 PM
• Disney’s Contemporary Resort – Beginning at 10:10 PM; in instances when Wishes Nighttime Spectacular takes place at 10:00 PM, the Electrical Water Pageant will begin shortly following its conclusion
• Right outside the entrance of Magic Kingdom park – Beginning at 10:35 PM, during Extended Theme Park Hours only

I can confirm that as Buzznia reported you will see the Electrical Water Pageant as well as Wishes from Narcoossees.
Ask for a window table when you arrive & if your lucky you'll be able to watch Wishes & the parade from your table, alternatively you can head out onto the terrace & watch them.

Im definitely going to request a window but am also ok with going on the terrace and might do so even if we can see from the table just because its cute lol depending on weather of course MDE isn't showing the times for wishes for Nov.17 is it always the same time? I am assuming its because of MVMCP?

By the way, the food is excellent -- Narcoossees and Artist Point are our favorite TS places in the world!

I've enjoyed my meals and the watching Wishes and EWP from Narcossee's, but regarding a window table...I would plan on going out to the veranda to watch the show. You can request a window table, but it's worth pointing out that guests on the veranda will often block the view of the guests at the window tables (the veranda is on the same "level" as the tables). In all my visits to Narcoossee's, I've only been there once when the veranda was nearly empty and that was during an extremely cold snap in FL (temperatures were in the 40s F). Normally, the veranda is pretty full. In the photo below, imagine if the two kids had been adults and/or standing up more straight. They would have pretty much blocked the entire view from the table.

From outside on the veranda, you get an excellent view of Wishes/HalloWishes/Holiday Wishes and they do pipe in the music (they pipe in the music to the restaurant too).

In terms of the EWP, it's best seen from the veranda. They do not pipe in the music for that because, because the speakers are on the floats themselves (or at least coming from that direction). So if you're inside, you might not be able to hear the music.

We left 20+" of snow on the ground in Connecticut one January and stayed at POR. I went out for my morning run in shorts and a long sleeve t shirt as it was upper 40s at 545am in Orlando. When I got back at 630, I saw my neighbors in the room next to us (they were from Southern Alabama) dressed in long pants, hoodies, hats and had their blankets wrapped around them -- it had warmed up to mid 50s by then.
