hubby's 59th birthday is Saturday and want to book a nice dinner.

Can anyone direct me to actual menus for Napa Rose and Steak house 55?

Recommendations for each would be appreciated as well thanks.

I know at this point I may not get into either but figured I should know which I want first.

Napa rose, has a better "look" to it. The steakhouse looks to be kinda shoved into a windowless cave...

It is actually a darker venue but it is upscale type of dark and the food is very good. Does not look like a cave to me. I highly recommend the Steakhouse.

I would say to go to Napa Rose. If I remember correctly, or maybe I don't, their menus change seasonally or something like that. But I'd say Napa all the way! Hope your DH has a wonderful b-day!

The Napa menus change both seasonally and weekly - based on the ingredients they find when shopping that week. They have access to some amazing high end ingredients that they incorporate into the Vintners Menu - the special prix fixe meal that changes weekly. It gives you 4 courses and you can split the meal between two people - there's that much food in it. With the addition of another salad or appetizer and a 2nd dessert, you would be set with an amazing meal.

Napa... and request the Chef's counter (preferably seats 4-8). Was SO fun, and wonderful food! It's like your own personal Iron Chef show, watching them do their thing. The chefs come over and introduce themselves and tell you about your food, and about what they are doing... sometimes they give you special little tastes of stuff... very neat experience. :thumbsup2
