Napa Rose - Is there a Special Event on 8/28?

Does anyone know if Napa Rose is hosting a special event on the evening of Wednesday August 28th? No reservations are available the entire night and the date was just added to the online reservation system yesterday. Dates before it have plenty of openings so it seems suspect/strange it would fill through normal reservations.

I’ve been watching and waiting for the 28th to open to make a reservation during our non-park day for a celebration dinner for our 20th Anniversary for my husband and I.

Sometimes they don’t load right at 60 days. A quirk of the system. Give it a few days. You can also try calling the restaurant direct, idk if they do normal reservations that way but I know that’s the only way to reserve the Chef’s Table so you’ll at least get an are they opened or closed answer.

Thanks, I called and eventually after several minutes of holding and back and forth from the CM, I received confirmation that they are indeed having a special event that night - not open to public... would it be a D23 thing - Disney Legends dinner or something? Or is it too many’s days after D23 for that??
Nonetheless, I am bummed because that was our non-park day and the best day to go out to dinner to celebrate our 20th anniversary without being tired from being in the parks all day or spending a whole days ticket for only a half the time possible in the parks... which is not a good value when you think of how much the tickets cost...

NR can be bought out for special events, not always for Disney. Sometimes local corporations buy out the restaurant for special dinner events. It doesn't happen too often, but it isn't uncommon.
