The Tag Fairy is a very very mysterious little creature who goes around tagging people, or putting colored sayings below their username, which are actually said by them at some point. The Tag Fairy is also known to like chocolate. A lot. xD That's why you'll see people trying to bribe him/her with chocolate. Also I'm quite convinced the TF can use the search function, which has been "broken" for the rest of us for quite some time now...
