EPCOT: TT and Soarin'
DHS: TSMM, RnRC, ToT
AK: KS and EE (KRR weather dependent)

AK, I have seen Dinosaur go way up lately but the Safari usually has consistently long lines.
HS, TSMM, worst lines in the world until they build the addition.
Epcot, Soarin with TT not far behind.

MK: Space Mountain
AK: Expedition Everest
HS: Toy Story Midway Mania
Epcot: Soarin'

Because I'm insane, I check wait times almost daily. So these are pretty consistently the ones with longest wait times:

MK: 7DMT, Peter Pan
DHS: Toy Story, Tower of Terror/RnRC
AK: Everest, sometimes Kilimanjaro Safaris
Epcot: soarin, Test Track.

Yeah, really, now with Maelstrom out of the picture, TT and Soarin are the only things in Epcot that will ever have lines.

Before the Dumbo refresh, that used to have stupid long lines as well, but with the two rides going, it appears to have settled down now. Still seeing if they'll ever figure out how to get Peter Pan down to a comfortable level.

I am going to give two in some cases as there are rides that are longer waits than the ones I go on.

MK -- My longest (without fastpass) is usually Space Mountain though in the summer Splash mirrors it. in the park, 7DTR as that can go up to 2 hours.

Epcot -- Soarin and Test Track

AK -- EE or Safari

HS --- My longest is ToT and R&RC longest in park is Toy Story
