How can I my Custom Title appear only instead of my first and last name?

the custom title is what is under the username.
you put your first and last name as your username instead of "vacationer2589" which is what i assume you wanted your username to be.
unfortunately your username cannot be changed.

If this is indeed what's happened, the only thing you can do is create a new account. You must go into your current account and change your email address (something random works), then set up a new account using the custom title you created as your username using the correct email address (you can't have two accounts with the same email address).

Your username will always appear below the avatar window. You don't have to have a Custom Title.
