Name on Newsletter

Hello,

We are new members and received our first newsletter this week.

We purchased through a private sale, so we did not have a Disney contact (agent - not sure of the correct title of this position).

There is a name on the first page of the newsletter, is she our direct contact?

We have called Member Services and have spoken with some very nice CM's but we did not know who our agent is?

Yes, many of the communications from DVC will be referenced from your "Vacation Guide" and their name (and usually phone number) will be prominently displayed.

I'm so jealous - we are new members too and haven't received our first one yet!!

Just curious - I gave my email to someone in MS, do I need to update this on the member website as well?

I would enter your email on the website too. I'm sure you'll make it on the list just by the information your guide has, but the website will automate the process a little more. (Sometimes a manual error may be made when transcribing information from a printed or handwritten form).

It is fun to get the Member Clubhouse - and it always seems to be a great way to immerse myself in DVC- usually when I need it the most.
