Name change on Ticket

? We purchased Disney park hoppers and linked them to my Disney… a member of our party will no longer be joining us. The tix is unused. Can we “reassign” this ticket to a friend who will be going in her place? The tic was bought through undercover … and if we can .. is it possible to do on the app or do I need call customer service?

The name on the ticket doesn't really matter until you go through the turnstile. At that point, the CM will assign the name and photo of the ticket holder to that specific ticket -- done deal! So don't worry. Just make sure that your friend who uses the ticket gives her name to the CM at the turnstile.
