If you are looking to get them before your trip, you can order them from Feralpeg (a DISer) at her website peggyssweetsandmore.com. She delivers baskets to WDW resorts (can't wait to try her for our January trip!), but she also has a link on her website where she will ship personalized Guest of Honor badges. I think they are about $10 each shipped.

I tried looking for them at the parks and the only ones I found are the ones that you write on. I really wanted to get the engraved ones as souveniers.

They sell some of the name badges at Disney's Days of Christmas, and the engraving machine is right there. I don't know if they have the red one though. I had a dog tag made there for my dad's cocker spaniel (they sell those too, but the engraving is extra). Go in thru the door closest to the bus stop.

The red GOH badges are no longer available. In fact, Disney is very low on available styles right now. The only ones available are Mickey (Gold), Tinkerbell and Princess.
