MYW Tickets - When do unused tickets have to be first used by??

We will be traveling to disney 10/2 to 10/8, we are doing the free dining package. I have a large group of 5 adults and 3 children, and CRO has stated that we have to all have the same tickets and because of the free dining we have to have park hoppers for the number of nights we are staying.

The catch is that I may get an AP if good AP room rate come out. We have two extra rooms book in additional to the package. Will I be able to save the MYW ticket that I am getting for a future trip?? Do you have to use the ticket for the first time by a certain time?

Hi! I believe they expire 14 days after first use. I was worried about ordering in advance in case something happened we couldn't go, and I believe this is what I was told. It depends on first use- not absolutely sure of the 14 days. Have fun!

I don't see why it wouldn't. The clock doesn't start ticking until it is activated. I do believe that the ticket will be on your room key. We were told that we would be able to keep our room keys at checkout because they will have our extra no expire days on them.

The only time I see it maybe an issue is if want to use EMH in the morning but I'm not sure about that one.

They won't expire until 14 days after your first use. So if you decide to hold on to them for 3 years before you use them, you'll be fine. It's like how it was witht he old tickets....I knew people who had unused ones from 1995 and they were still good.
