On the credit card statement it says:
ATM Disney Resort and then the phone #

On the reservation confirmation it lists everything seperately:
Transfer- Fr MCO-Disney magical express 1 per person
Hotel Pop Century Classic YMF 5 nights
Admission 6D park hop 1 per person
Insurance non refundable insurance 1 per person
Feature Quick service meals-05 1 per night
Feature Table service meals -05 1 per night
Feature Snack-05 1 per night
Transfer To MCO- Disney Magical express 1 per person
