Mysteriously Kicked off of Fastpass+

So I've had a great time making my fastpass+ reservations. I went online and all of the sudden I was gone from the first six days of our vacation. Granted I have blocks of 25 people with fastpasses but I have no idea why I got kicked off. I'm the one that booked them all! So far they can get me back on everything but the Seven Dwarves Mine Train. I'm on hold now to see if it can happen but I will be really freaking p'o ed if it can't. I stayed up until midnight 60 days out for that reservation.
 
It does happen. Hope everything works out!

One time, my now-fiance and I walked up to ToT to use our FP for 7:15 PM. The CM there then mentioned to us that our FP was for 8:15? When I checked my e-mail on my phone, we had gotten a notification that our time changed on us without any warning other than that e-mail. The e-mail was sent about 7:05. We weren't overly thrilled.
 
This is frustrating. It happened a lot when Disney first rolled out FP+, but haven't heard of it happening as much recently. Other Dis posters reported that it' was often a problem when booked on a phone versus a desktop or laptop computer. How did you book your tickets?

I booked with a travel agent. I recently went in and added someone though. I copied one kid's fastpasses to the new kid's fastpasses. They didn't even match my fastpasses. They seemed to think that was what made it happen.

They fixed it though. I have a fastpass that's good for the entire day. So I'm content. I'm telling you I was borderline tears after all the planning for 25 people.

What other method of notification would you want? It should have showed up in MDE; that's how I figured out that our FP for...something...had been cancelled and we now had an immediate FP for just about anything. (and that happening was brand new at the time, the CM hadn't even heard of it happening) But if you have your phone on for MDE you can get your email, too. So either way pretty much works. You just have to know that it can happen, and therefore know to check.
 
OP, that's ridiculous. I hope they fixed it for you or offered you an anytime fastpass that would be valid at 7DMT. I would not settle for anything less.

They did but we did have a stressful moment where I was almost reduced to tears at work. It would've been a site to see a grown woman crying over her Disney vacation.

I understand. And it never should have come to that. They never should have run fastpass (ride access) through such an unreliable IT system.
