Mypoints??

I was wondering how long it takes for them to credit points. I made a purchase over the weekend, which I thought took 30 days , but it isn't showing as points earned but not available. Also I got paid email yesterday that said it would be credited overnight, and it isn't there.
Is this normal?? I just signed up and wanted to make sure iidn't do something wrong.

If the purchase said it would take 30 days, that means the points won't show up at all before that time. Be sure to keep your confirmation emails from the vendor proving you made the purchase. Then count out 30 days (sometimes it means "business days") and if you haven't received the points by then, start emailing mypoints customer service. Most of the time the points show up on their own, but you might have to remind them.

The only points that you will see "overnight" are the bonus email points, and sometimes even those take a few days to show up. Oh and Tupperware shows up overnight (which is why it is so popular) But don't get discouraged, one day you'll log into your account and suddenly have tons of points.

Don't worry just yet. I made two Tupperware purchases over the weekend and read several of the bonus emails but my points have not shown up yet either. Sometimes it takes several days (especially after a weekend) for those offers that are supposed to "post overnight" to actually show up in your account. I hope to have them by tomorrow. And like Keke said, the 30-day offer will take that long, if not a little more. Hope this helps!
