Mypoints Webbies

They took the points out of my account on 4/9 but I still haven't received an email?? How long should I wait before I contact them?

sidenote - I also ordered from JCPenney through the 1500 point email. I have gotten nothing yet - doesn't show up in "pending" either. I'm concerned becuase I didn't get a pop-up window saying congrats, blah, blah, blah.

But more importantly, I don't have my webbie yet

I don't know about the webbie but I have not gotten my 1500 points either. I shopped the last weekend in March but will wait another week or two before bothering them about it. Hope you get your webbie soon!!!

I cashed out for a MyPoints webbie on 4/3 . The status went from "pending" to "shipped" late last week. I expect that I'll get my webbie by Friday of this week. In the past, it's usually taken 8 days from the time that they "ship". I suspect that MyPoints sends their webbies out in batches. We'll all probably get them on the same day!

Yep, I suspect the same thing--about batches. I'm still waiting for one that I requested end of March. Mine was "shipped" last week, too. Last time it took 9 days from cashing in to receipt, but I was cashing in closer to the middle of the month. I received that one on 3/19.

Maybe it will come tomorrow--that's my birthday!

I am also waiting for a webbie and my points from JCPenney. Actually today I traded emails 4 0r 5 times with membercare about the JCPenney points. From what I understand either people got those points immediately at purchase time or they didn't get them at all.

That's what I was assuming also from reading other's posts.

I am also awaiting a Webbie and having trouble with the JcPenny thing. I've went back and forth with those people for about 4 days. I *think* we have it fixed now. My points are supposed to be in my account in 5 Business Days. I will give them until next Monday or Tuesday and then I will email them again if they are not there.

count me and DH in as those waiting for webbies. Our points were taken out of our account last week too - but no webbie yet. Sure I hope we get them before my trip next week! Let's keep our fingers crossed.
