Hi,
This is my first post. I'm not sure if I"m doing this right, so bear with me.
Today I received in the mail 2 $10 Walmart Gift Cards from MyPoints. For some reason I decided to go to the Walmart site and check the cards. After entering the Card & Pin numbers located on the back, I received the following error message:
"We're sorry, the card you entered has been reported as lost or stolen. Please call Customer Service at 1-800-966-6546 for more information".
Well, Customer Service at Walmart couldn't help me. MyPoints said they did have quite a few members reporting the same problem with some of the Walmart Gift cards they were sending out. I was told to give them 3 or 4 days to look into it. I don't know if this would have caused a problem for me, but I planned to use the cards for groceries at the SuperWalmart on the way to the BWVs and I don't need any suprises.
