Mypoints question

can you earn points for purchasing disney gift cards? i want to buy them to pay for our trip and would like to earn points from this. is this possible? i have gotten points for buying some gift cards thru mypoints but not all gift cards.

No, you won't receive any points from mypoints for buying a Disney giftcard. I tried that back in April and never received any points. That's a bummer too... I know a lot of people would be receiving a ton of points if that was an option.

Nope. Disney quit giving points for gift cards back in march or april and it was effective for all reward program sites.
