I just got my June newsletter and it said I had 6000+ points. I haven't bought anything and I know I only had 1280 last week. When I checked my statement it said the right amount. Anyone else ever have this happen?

I had an addition of 700 some points on New Years Eve, but 6000? THere were a couple of RPers that recently had some additional points added. I don't know what the outcome was, but I'll give you a bump.

Hope each day is just a bit better than the last!

I have not received any emails or point credits from MyPoints for almost a month. I emailed customer care and they don't have a clue. Now they're telling me to change my email address.

I've been with MyPoints for six years and never had trouble until recently.

My DD had the same thing happen to her account. Her newsletter said that she had over 6000 points in her account when she only had about 1300. When she checked the Mypoints site, her account reflected the correct amount.

I had an extra 750 points after purchasing the Entertainment book. But other than that my point total has been correct. I did cash out last week and am now waiting to see if they correct the points or not.

Yes, mine was 6600 and wrong. I emailed them and they said their had been a problem and that my correct amount was at the site when I sign in. I would rather have the 6600!!

Same problem here, my e-mail said over 6000 -- I was so excited as I had not checked in a while. When I went to the site to cash out, I had less than 2000.
