I got this from the Hints & Tips board so take it for what it's worth

Rewards Program News:

MyPoints - They have announced an extended agreement with MasterCard International to provide member debit cards where members can convert points into cash. The cards are rechargeable so that members can reuse the same card. (05.11.2001)

What'll I do now? Do I cash out for a webcertificate by the end of the month to avoid the increase, or take my chances with the new mastercard program?

Any idea when we'll get the details for the debit card?

I love the idea of being able to spend my prize money in whichever way I choose. Like Mal, I see it as a great replacement to the rewardzcard! Woohoo!! Thanks for posting.:bounce: :bounce: :bounce:

I don't have any details. You can log onto the site where I found it at

www.hintsandtips.com

You need to register but only require an email address (I believe). It is a good site to find Searchcactus words and Netflip words.

O.K. Now I'm confused. I thought the plastic webcert card was like a mastercard. Isn't it??

Chaoskids,
The webcertificate is like a mastercard DEBIT card. I think of it like a check card that you get from your bank, it LOOKS just like a credit card with the mastercard logo, but you can only spend how much you have in your account instead of charging willy nilly.
