You said it! I purchased flowers for Mothers day, through ProFlowers, and I have been back and forth with MyPoints trying to get credit. Same as you, they want e-mail proofs of purchase. I contacted ProFlowers, and they said my proof of purchase was sent immediatley. MyPoints still denies it. I'm thinking of using the points I have to get something and then leave the company. I wonder if there is some government entity that can be contacted regarding this problem. FCC?, FTC?
