Mypoints-changed email addy-no emails?

I changed my email address about two days ago for mypoints. They sent me an email which I had to respond to to confirm the change. When I click on the link, a log in to "get credit for points" appears and a regular log in screen. I used the "get points" log in, didn't get any points, haven't gotten any point emails. I can't log in through the other screen the link gives me- it won't work. It doesn't recognize my user name and password. What am I doing wrong? I have gotten no point yielding emails at all, but checked all categories in the user profile. Hellllpppp....
