Does anyone know if we are now only eligible for redeeming with giftcertificates.ca? We used to be able to get gc's for use in the US, but I don't think it's offered anymore? TIA!

I think you can still get Roots GCs ...

I ordered two giftcertificates.ca GCs at the end of August ... and I'm still waiting ... Not sure why it takes sooo long if they're just going to e-mail the award to you.
