I guess this is more specifically a webcertificate question, but I am getting it from MyPoints so.....
Can I use my webcert to make a payment to someone via paypal if they accept credit cards? It seems like I should be able to, I just want to make sure before I decide to redeem that way. (Then I can buy some stuff from an ebay store without ever missing the cash!)
