MyDisney Experience App not recognizing me

When I go to the website and sign in, all my ressies, etc. show up. I just downloaded the app and it has my name as if it knows who I am, but none of my ressies are there - it says I have to link stuff as if I have yet to do it. Any help on how to resolve this would be appreciated as our trip is two days away! TIA

when i click on the little mickey at the bottom it opens up one dining reservation - then i have to swipe left to right and the rest of them pop up.

After you downloaded the App, did you logon to the app with the same logon id and password you use on your computer? Everything is tied you your account logon. Everything should show up everywhere as long as you're actually logging in to the same account. If you are logged in with the same credentials, and you don't see your reservations, you'll probably want to call Disney's tech support and have them take a look at what the issue is.

I had an issue where I had 2 accounts on 1 email address somehow, and couldn't access some things. I had to call Disney IT to get it resolved.

This was it - I synced them and am now good to go - thanks a lot!

I have used my MDE account for the past couple trips on my iphone and my iPad no problem. This year only some things are showing up on the app (with most showing up on my computer). In addition the MDE is only showing vertically not horizontally on my iPad which is really inconvenient and has never happened before. I need to make my fast pass resides in a few weeks so I guess I better call technology and see what's going on!
