It was right outside the airport, w/ nary a Perkins in sight...next time I will make sure she has the Perkins experience at the Perkins near DTD....and are you getting ready for your Perkins Experience.....hmmmm

we did have the best time at the dinner - have not laughed that hard in a long time- Ed and Steve will do most anything !!!!!!!!!!!! Lauri - we too, had the best time meeting so many people we have only chatted with and it was so nice putting names and faces together. Learned lots from sitting near Larry about pins and what to look for in trading. Had hoped to make it to Sunday breakfast but Roger was not feeling well, so i called and left a message saying we wouldn't be there - did get to see Lori later in the day at AK. Managed to get all the AK event pins on Sunday and do the map event too.
Michael and Corey, sorry we missed you on Sunday morning - next time!
And Lauri- if you were in pain , then you have become a master like Roger and hide it well! Hope you are feeling more comfortable now. Caroline

Your write-up of the weekend was great. Brought back a lot of nice memories. The person at our table that you forgot was Leighton, our wonderful Leighton, who is no longer working at the Boaradwalk pin cart so he can come and spend evenings with his friends.

Leighton came to Pin-O-Rama, too, and thank goodness he did. At 6:00 I got a phone call from my son, saying his friend had just won 32,000 at WWTBAM, but could not get his prizes without an adult's signature. Leighton drove me to MGM and waited for me in the parking lot while I ran in to Millionaire, signed the forms, and ran back out. Thank goodness we got back before everyone entered the park or I would have felt sooooo guilty.

I'm so glad you made the trip to Orlando. I know you weren't feeling great but you were always smiling. Your presence made the weekend special for many of us. Now, let's concentrate on finding you a good doctor and the right medicine.
