Did that number not work? She couldn't direct you to anyone else to speak to? There's got to be a way to get a hold of a live person rather than through the internet.

She didn't do anything. She just tried to log in one day with her normal log in info and her account was gone. This isn't the first time this has happened to people. So very sad.

Is there someone that check to see if Scampi Is still on their friends list? I know when they delete an account now it is deleted off the friend list.

I've only had my character for about two months, but I'm already quite attached, can't imagine how you would feel. Hope it all works out well for you

Heres my theory. In the email you get when you register, theres a link to delete accounts. if you click that link, you get a confirmation button. But someone registered, got the link, went to the page, and changed the numbers in the url.

In laym,ans terms, some one got the link of

www.vmk.com/deleteaccount/12345

or something, and changed the numbers randomly to be like this

www.vmk.com/deleteaccount/18475767648

and got your account number. they then deleted it. Im sorry about the loss, and i only have this theory because i have heard ppl doing it and such.
