Check-in @ AoA was a bit challenging. We did not do on-line check in bc we had requests. The front desk CM struggled considerably through the check in process assuring us of our connecting rooms. Arriving to our room (LM), they weren't even next to each other, nor were even able to connect. We didn't realize they should have been chronological rather than evens & odds. We did ask to move, but no connecting rooms were available. We were offered to move to suites, but had other family members in that building so we just stayed put.
Room charge- It's very embarrassing to be declined on room charge bc we have reached our charge limit that we didn't know we had. Lesson learned, request higher limit next time.
Le Cellier- First time. Absolutely fabulous!!!! We are a family of restaurant people, & this was exceptional. We went in with "medium" expectations, & left "highly" impressed.
Raglan Road- Loved it!! Seated near stage which was loud but we loved that about it. Food & dessert were super!!
Transportation to Fort Wilderness- Frustrating
3 separate groups coming from 3 different locations by both boat & bus all experienced LONG delays. Leave plenty, plenty of time for this. Loved the HDDR, food was great!!
ME- I received my ME voucher with no pick up time on it bc they could not verify my flight info. I guess the 3 separate phone calls I made in the months prior to verify they had this info wasn't enough. Only 2 of our 8 people received printed boarding passes.
Loved all the new experiences we had:
AoA-Looked GREAT!!
FLE- Loved Little Mermaid, but wouldn't wait an excessive amount of time for it again.
TT- Kids didn't like the new Test Track as much.
Keys to the Kingdom- FABULOUS!! As was Claire our guide. She was awesome!!!
