My trading pins - what do you think of the ones i plan on trading??

Sorry its long..............
My DH, DD and I are headed down to WDW this DEC. We love pin trading. We are not a hard core collectors, We only keep pins that we like.
anyways...

My mom came upon over 60 disney pins in the attic, from a trip in 2004. They were still in the WDW Plastic bag, and still had the black cards attched to the pins. She was going to give them away as x-mas gifts but forgot and put them in the attic.
Imagine how happy i was when she said she mailed them out to us for our trip!

So after going through them and keeping the ones we want, we are going to trade the rest. There are a few pins that my DD has been wanting and i was thinking of tracking down the PIN TRADERS that are in the parks. ( What i mean by pin traders is, those people that have Books/Boards full of pins. They stand at a table)

I want to know if they are still in the parks and where to find them???
Also I'd like some info on my pins that we are trading.
( more bargaining power to get those pin my DD wants)
i have gone to pinpics, but it does not say if it is highly sought after?
not to mention with all the pins looking them up one by one would leave me.

If you have met your movie quote. It's normally 4-6 full priced movies, you become a VIP member. When this happen there is a pin store that opens up. The pins are $4-$7 each, but when you order a full priced movie you get a free pin with your order.

My family waits for the 60% off sale( Sale normally only happen for VIP)You have to order one movie at full price, then any movie after is 60% off. So We Order the one movie at full price, get the pin, and then the rest of the order is 60% off.

Food for thought. this year I took all my pins, even the ones i liked, Then i Filled my lanyard( or whatever you put your pins on) with the least liked ones. Take those to the park to trade, trade all day for ones you like better. When you get back to where you are staying, take all those pins off and now choose the least liked ones,some i liked so much i didnt trade but i still put on my lanyard.

My advice: look up the specific pins on pinpics. Based on the numbers it has listed of people looking vs. trading should give you a pretty good idea of how "hard to find" the pin is. For instance, if it says 2 are trading it but 100 are looking for it, you've got a pin that you could probably trade to get a great pin.

The pin traders were at the Epcot pin trading station as of January...they were at DTD until they closed the pin trading tables there
