My Thoughts on the Holiday Time at Disneyland Tour

Wanted to give my thoughts as a first time tour person and my experience on the Holiday Tour:

We thought it was very informative and we loved the little treats we got. We did not get to ride ISWH but did receive 2 anytime FP for any ride except Rise or RR. They recommended you use it for ISMW and HM. We already had a LL for HM for after the tour so we used it on other things. We did not like the parade viewing area because it was to congested but did enjoy the Hot Coco and Cup and the nice pin. Overall we enjoyed it and hope to do another tour in the future. Our Guide was great and we were sure to show our appreciation to him. Thank you all for your help in helping me decide to take a chance on this tour.

This is kind of an odd suggestion - did they explain? was it just b/c those have holiday overlays, and that was the only logic? We were there 12/27-12/30, massively busy as expected, and no way would I have used anytime passes on IASW. The waits got high compared to normal there, of course (as did everything), but nowhere near the level of Space, GOG, etc. HM was high until late in the day. We actually did back-to-back walk-ons on the 27th in the evening; it had gone down early in our LL period, and we realized after using the LL that it was completely unnecessary.

Yes they suggested it because of the Holiday Overlays and recommended you see what they talked about on the tour.
