I was a trip coordinator for our marching band so was in charge of 55 rooms last week at this hotel.
I have to say that Comfort Inn made some mistakes here and there with all our ressies but they were quick to "fix" any problems. The front desk personnel esp a lady name Elizabeth was always very willing to listen and to help.
1. If you're on the interstate side have a fan to block out the noise
2. My door key kept de-magnetizing even when I kept it away from my cell and in it's envelope. That was a pain going back and forth to the desk from 5th floor.
3. Buffet was OK, but really not worth the $. Loved the coffee tho and the hostesses were nice.
4. Housekeeping did an OK job.
5. Our room was liveable for the 7 days we were there.
Having stayed most of our other WDW stays at the SwanDolphin, the Comfort Inn was alright. I wouldn't dare compare as that would be comparing apples to oranges or really I should say Mercedes to a moped.
