for dinner. We ate there during our last trip two years ago and I can't believe she remembers it - or she remembers the dessert anyway. I look at the menu and with drink and tip, it will cost almost $60! I guess we will have to be really hungry!

Jodi, My 3 children and Hubby want to go back too! We went this past summer and it was expensive! But you do get LOTS of good food! At least this time we know to go light on lunch and snacks during the afternoon! We have PS for Valentines Day and we have another family joining us that has never eaten there before. I hope it is as good as it was last time we were there! Joan:Pinkbounc

You can save money if you forfeit the drinks and dessert(they will bring delicious pineapple and carmel as part of the dinner).

We usually eat there every trip. With 4 kids(2 oldest are adult prices) I am ashamed to print the cost of that 1 meal! The first time we had dinner here, I did not eat again for 2 days. When we took 3 teenage friends of my DD with us in June to celebrate her 14th birthday, this is the dinner she chose as the birthday dinner. The girls got dressed up(in sundresses), so the pictures of them hula-hooping and coconut-racing look hilarious. DH likes to dine here our first night at WDW, after driving most of the day(we live 10 hours away). He and I skip lunch, and the kids eat at McDonald's on the way down if we have reservations here for dinner. If we do it later in the trip, we eat a light lunch and have an early dinner at 'Ohana's. And we have never had room for dessert, although I hear they're really good!

My teenage daughter and I went for dinner there in Dec of 2001 and we loved it! She made me take my son there for dinner in Dec of 2002 since she enjoyed it so much she wanted her brother to see how good it was as well.
Now there are three of us that are hooked on the appetizers and the meat and especially the pineapple dipped in caramel. Yum.
