My Stitch pen broke! Replacement??

I purchased one of those click pens with a floating Stitch attatched to the top (the kind with the magnet so its not floating constantly) and after using it only ONCE the top half of the clicky part snapped off! I've had it for 2 weeks! I'm very upset! I bought the pen at World of Disney, but I saw them all over the parks. Any idea if there's any way I could replace it without returning to Disney??

I would call WOD and ask them - I know that if you are there and the pin is currently in stock, they will replace it -

you would have to pay shipping though

if the shipping is outrageous - ask them if it is an open stock pin - I will be there in early October and if you send it to me I will exchange it for you- I imagine shipping to me would be WAY cheaper than if they want you to pay them (I think the charge $12) but maybe for a replacement they wouldn't charge you!
