How awful - I had a similar experience (non physical) in a crowded shopping area car park where three people (one a teenager who joined in - great example to him!) screamed at me for about 10 minutes. People seem to think this is acceptable behaviour now. There doesn’t seem to be any accountability or standards of decency with some people.
