My son will be 5 and is a seasoned Disney traveler, he hasn't used stroller at Disney in the past 2 years and never had a problem with him getting tired( of course that will change now that I said that). He hasn't taken a nap since he was two.I am mostly worried about food and wine and how to work a break into the 21st since the park closes at 7 and we are staying up for the pirate and pals cruise.

Sounds great to me!! I don't think you are doing too much at all. My only comment would be to re-think the Garden grill reservation... we had an ADR during a food and wine day, and by the time our reservation came around we really were too full to eat. We didn't want to get charged the fee - but in reality that would have been better to just not show, because we ordered and barely ate anything ;)

But the rest looks really great!!

I'd say that looks pretty good!
To be aware though that Columbia HH usually closes a bit earlier than other cs places, so if you want to do dinner there, make sure it's before it closes!

Don't plan on showing up early for the Pirates and Pals. It's probably the one event you should wait and go to at the designated time. We went early last year (by an hour) They won't let you in and they don't even set up the space until 20 minutes before (it's in a ballroom at the CR and then you walk down to the boats later). Since it's a hard ticket event, it does not get overly crowded, plenty of space/food/pics for everyone. They do have a TV and kids area in the CR lobby. You can crash there and relax if you are early and need an option.
