Hi everyone- I am planning a trip to Ft. Wilderness next May and needed to rent an RV. In past trips there I have noticed signs for a company called myrvhotel.com and their website of course posts positive reviews from customers. I haven't been able to find any third party review websites that mention them and was looking for some unbiased reviews, since I highly doubt they'd post negative reviews on their own website. Has anyone used them, know anyone who has or have any other info about them? Thanks in advance...

I am renting from them this May, so i will post a review after. I was concerned as well since everything I read here was about Greenberg RV. I liked the RV better at my rv hotel. It will just be hubby, me and my huge, diabled dog.

We chose to rent an RV so that i could go to disney, since we cannot leave both dogs with my parents to watch. Mallory (Degenerative Myelopathy) is in a cart and cannot use her back legs. She is a German Shepard/Great Pyr mix and 80 pounds.

I love Disney have been many times. THis will be our second stay at the campground. In 2003 we stayed in a cabin. This will be our first time in an RV, and our first time with a dog. Becuse of her DM she really has no bark so i am not worried about leaving her. Her brother will stay with my parents as he barks WAY too much.

Thanks- I also liked their RV selection and made a reservation for next year. Their customer service so far has been great but I would love to hear how your rental goes.

Before we rented last year we looked at many web sites, my big concern with many was the age of the trailer. Some would list the model year and others didn't, we found some 10 plus years old. I didn't want to sleep in an RV that had been slept in 100s of times, the quality of the mattresses isn't the best when new let alone 10 years old. We ended up using GreenburgRV and everything went perfect for the week. They don't keep trailers very long, the day we arrived Matt the owner was setting up what turned out to be a brand new trailer, he had to mount a few TVs and we helped remove plastic from the bedding. Just do your homework and you will have a great trip, this is the only way we will do Disney in the future.

I created an account just to give my 2 cents about myrvhotel.com. We just used them this past weekend at Fort Wilderness and I am here to help as many people as I can steer clear of this place. It's a lengthy story but please believe me when I say it's worth the read.
We decided to join a neighborhood camping trip and scrambled last minute for an RV. Patrick (owner of myrvhotel.com) was very responsive and accommodating for such short notice. My family and I thought we had hit the jackpot until we showed up at the camp site. I found it a bit strange that the website did not have the make year of the trailers but, in the rush of things, didn't pay much attention to it....what a mistake! The trailer (The Wildcat) was 10 years old with MANY issues. The 1st thing that happened was that the lights got very dim, all of a sudden. You could barely see inside the trailer. A neighbor came over to help us figure out what the issue was. When we walked around the trailer there was a strong propane smell, one of the tanks had a leak! We switched over to the other tank and avoided any further issues with that. After almost an hour trying to figure out the electrical issue, Patrick called me and had me reset the main breaker inside the trailer. That fixed the electrical issue, we thought we were done with that nonsense but....no! The breaker kept tripping ALL weekend! Without exaggerating I must've reset that thing a dozen times. Our first morning there, my wife went to make coffee and found an old filter with coffee grounds still in the coffee maker, gross! Then she found black mold stains on the master bed's sheets! Every time we flushed the master bedroom's toilet, a stench would inundate the room. My wife refused to sleep in the room and we spent the weekend sleeping in the sofa. The hot water heater only holds about 5 mins of hot water; there were 7 of us. Patrick's suggestions were "turn off the water while soaping up" or "take quick showers". My family and I commuted back and forth to the property's showers to avoid dealing with that nonsense. To top it all off, I did the math and myrvhotel.com was more expensive that the competition and had way worse to offer! I deeply regret renting from this site. Our camping trip was ruined, the only time we actually enjoyed the weekend was when we were away from the trailer. I sent Patrick an email with all this info and more but I've yet to hear back from him. Never again!
I HIGHLY recommend Greenberg Rentals. All their trailers are brand new, modern and we've never had a problem with them. Next time I will plan better so that we have the time to get the trailer my wife and kids deserve.

Have used Florida Camper rental a few times and were very happy with them. This past October we used Greenburg, (as we waited to long to decide!) and were very happy with them too! Would definitely use either of them again!
