My restaurant of the day - Grand Floridian Cafe

I really like the look of this restaurant, it's very bright and open. I was very disappointed when my sandwich came out on wheat bread instead of white when it wasn't noted on the menu, but it tasted much better than I expected and I wouldn't hesitate to get it again.

One of my favorite restaurants. I'm still keeping my fingers crossed that they will re-open for dinner again someday.

If anyone has been lately, do you know if Izzy is still serving there? What a card and a true Disney gem. I hope to see him when we return in January.

My DH, DD and I ate lunch here twice on our trip in October - we loved it! We've also had breakfast here in the past - delicious pecan pancakes! Since we'll be arriving at the GF early again this November, we'll have lunch at the GFC as we did on our first day last year - we'll make it a new tradition!

We ate there 3x last October for breakfast as it was so relaxed and my kids did so well there. Didn't have the high energy feel to it. Service and food excellent.

But it was so unfair to post those fantastic pictures. Now I want to stay at GF again.

Once again, thanks for the great pictures! We stayed at the GF for 10 days last September and still didn't make it to Grand Floridian Cafe. I'm anxious to have the breakfast there, I've heard it's very good.
