Is anyone else having trouble with the disneyworld site? It says i dont have any dining reservations. I have some of my reservation numbers but not all of them and when i enter them individually they pop up but where is my list of all my ADRs???? Plus i need to cancel a couple. :confused3

I'm guessing you made the reservations over the phone before you had your trip booked or you made them without already being logged in. Both instances have resulted in ADRs not showing up in my list. When I asked about associating, I was told that they would have to cancel/rebook them.

I'm just taking a spreadsheet.

No i had done all my dinner reservations online months ago. luckily i had printed them out and can enter some. but i did make some changes that i did not print out. i have so much trouble with that site anyway :headache:

Reservations made prior to the switch to the new on line system are not showing up. I am assuming that is the case since you made them months ago. If you call in they can confirm them for you.

When was the new online system? My reservations were still showing as of 2 days ago. Yesterday is when i started having trouble with them. Even if i make a new one right now it wont show up. It says i dont have any dinner reservations?

There is a problem pulling up ADRs under the "My Disney Vacation" link on the WDW website for a certain percent of accounts. It has been going on for about two weeks, but by your post the problem could very well be affecting more accounts as time goes by. Tech support is aware of the problem and it is an ongoing project. Please see the link below for a discussion last week on this issue. You are not alone and it is very aggravating and worrisome.

Oh yes, and if you do make a new ADR it may show for a few minutes, but it will disappear too if you are one of the accounts that are currently affected. You do have the ADR, I have checked all of mine and they are still booked, but they don't show. The message I get is the same as you, "Currently you do not have any ADRs" or something to that effect.

I plan on touching base with tech support again this week.

Oh my gosh! All my dining reservations have disappeared too! I have been on the phone with WDW-DINE for the past 3 hours, and NOBODY can help me! It is sooo frustrating. However, I am glad to know that I am not the only one. I too can find my ressie's by entering the actual number ... but I do miss the list that once appeared. WDW-DINE tried to say the system canceled my reservations because I "over-booked." On some days I did have more than one reservation, simply because I am booking for 16 people! But for my December trip, I only had one reservation per day, and those disappeared too! WDW-DINE had NO solution and were not willing to help. My DH and I are going to call tech support now too. :worship:[/QUOTE]

Yes that is exactly what is happening!!! thank you!!! :thumbsup2

I just know i need to cancel a couple reservations in case someone else wants them but dont really know all of them or the numbers...i was playing around and booking things and then if i got something else going back to cancel and then it quit working! So thankfully i do have the numbers for the important ones i scheduled months ago, the hard to get ones but not recent ones. Hope it gets fixed soon! I miss my list :badpc:

Don't try to cancel ANYTHING yet! My husband and I were going to attempt to cancel all our reservations online last night, and then instantly re-book them. We canceled one reservation as an "experiment," and it never showed up online. It got lost in cyber-space! So ... I think there are many technical difficulties going on with our accounts right now. I never got a hold of tech support last night because they were closed, but I am going to attempt to call them now. I did book another reservation last night, and it disappeared from my "list" after an hour. So very frustrated! :sad1:

Please keep us posted. It would be great to hear the response you get. I'm going to get my DH to check back in with tech support this afternoon.

:eek::eek::eek:
I have mine printed and will not even LOOK again, too scary a thought.............

Finally a solution to my problem! Today at 2:30 I called
Disney Tech Support: (407) 939-7765, press 2.
I spoke with a VERY nice lady, and explained my problem to her. I stated that I was in charge of booking reservations for 5 groups of people (16 total), and successfully did so within a month's notice. All reservations were under my name and all family members involved were extremely excited about our up-coming trip. Some days I had reservations for 4 groups (different locations, similar times), some days I had reservations for 5 groups (different locations, similar times) etc. Not once were all 16 of us dining together. The nice lady listened to my story (of course I did mention that I spoke to 3 people at WDW-DINE the night before and had been hung up on by 2 of them, and finally the 3rd person said she understood my story, but could not give me a supervisor to talk to or put me in touch with someone who could remedy my problem), and connected me with "Winston" from Guest Relations. For the 5th time I explained that my reservations list had vanished from the website, and I couldn't understand why. Winston confirmed that the COMPUTER SYSTEM AUTO-CANCELED MY RESERVATIONS BECAUSE I HAD MULTIPLE RESERVATIONS UNDER MY NAME FOR THE SAME DAY AND TIME!! A lesson to all! He understood that I wasn't trying to be a "reservation hoarder" and that all reservations had a group of people associated with it. So, for the next 1 hour and 57 minutes, Winston and I sorted through all my reservations, assigned them to the appropriate person in our party, canceled the old ones and created new ones. BEWARE: DO NOT TRY TO DO THIS ON YOUR OWN! If this has happened to you, you MUST do this together with a Guest Relations rep. He was SOOOOO helpful, and I was able to keep ALL my reservations, as long as I could attach a name and date with it. I could also keep 3 reservations per day per person (breakfast, lunch, dinner). This has been such a stressful process ... I have definitely learned my lesson. Finally a happy ending. :yay:
Luckily I had all my confirmation #s, or else it would have been another 2 hours on the phone. ANOTHER LESSON LEARNED!! Write down all confirmation #s as soon as you get them ... because you just never know if this will happen to you! Good Luck to all who have to go through this arduous task like me. Keep me posted! :thumbsup2

Wow! I'm really glad that you were able to get a resolution to your problem. I'm afraid that the problem with some accounts is not due to multiple reservations. My reservations still appear to exist, but the list is simply not available. My DH called tech support today and was told that there is a known problem with some accounts and that the issue is with Disney, not with the guests. There currently is no estimated time for completion of the project and it is hard for them to estimate how many accounts have been affected.

I am so glad that I have e-mail confirmations for all of my reservations, but I sure do miss seeing the list!

Yes, it is quite comforting seeing my list again! I just wonder why the gentlemen I spoke with today had the power to make my list reappear, and the people you have spoken with weren't able to make your list reappear? Once the Guest Relations guy and I started to rename everything, I logged on to "my reservations," and sure enough, all my reservations magically appeared before my eyes! Then, as the Guest Relations guy slowly renamed and canceled them, they began disappearing, one by one! Bizarre!

Yes!!! Which means, now that my list is back up, I can attempt to modify my reservations. I tried to book a restaurant, and sure enough, it appeared on my list and stayed there. It did not disappear!

You know, I've never been able to see my reservations online unless I looked them up specifically by reservation number. I always thought it was because in the old system you could link your dining plan to the reservation via your package confirmation number. Those never seemed to show up, but if I just booked a reservation by signing in but not giving my confirmation number it was there!

Well, my solution is not as good as yours Swebby8. I spent 55 minutes on the phone today with a gentleman in tech support, after I received the run around the first time I called.

He initially thought there was a problem with my web browser and said that I needed internet explorer 7 or 8, which I have 8 as well as Google chrome. I added firefox and it made no difference as I still saw that I had no dining reservations, which I do have them and he was able to confirm I did. My problem started about 2 weeks ago when an update was made to the online system. My ADRs have not been auto-cancelled and it seems there is very little that can be done to recreate my ADR list. I can pull them up individually, which I am thankful for! I just miss my neat little list under "My Disney Vacation".

The technician I spoke with this morning, at least the 2nd one, was super nice and he really tried to help me. I suppose I need to resign myself to no ADR list other than the one I assemble myself. I am so glad I kept all my e-mail confirmations!
