So here we are!
Well, this was us on our last trip, Dec 2013 so my little babies are looking less and less like babies every day! It will be the 4 of us and my fellow disney addict, chief planning assistant and generally my best friend in the world.... my Mummy!
so a little more about who we are...... first up ME!
I'm Emma and I

LOVE

Disney World, Ok I know we all do, but like, I really do love it! I love the escapism, I totally buy into the magic and just find it a complete break from reality! I enjoy the planning as much as the holiday, particually as me and my mum do it together, we will be firing emails at each other

for the next 9 months about this trip! Its something special we share and means the world to us.
So I WAS a teacher but after having my 2 kiddies we decided that I would be a SAHM for a while, at least until they are at school. I am VERY blessed to be able to do this and am thankful each and every day to my very hardworking husband. I'm all about the kids. If you don't like mums who go on about their kids all the time, you won't like me! I'm in love with them!
Apart from being a mummy and a disney addict I am also really trying to reach a good fitness level and improve my mummy tummy! WHO ISN'T! But I will be sharing my progress along the way as my "goal date" for my new "yummy mummy" bod is of course our disney holiday!
Enough about me, the Hubby aka Chris........
Chris is my long suffering other half. He works twice as hard as he should do and I just love him to bits. He's a fab Daddy and just a top bloke. He's into the whole "beachbody" thing, insanity t-shirt wearing type!

I think both of us have made fitness a part of our lives after we kind of reached that level where you are either going to get bigger and bigger or you have to say NO and nip it in the bud. Thankfully, together we have conquered the bulge but it has made the whole healthier lifestyle something we are both advocates of.
He doesn't really get involved int he planning, he's more of a "Whatever you want babe," type of guy, which is fine by me because I tend to know exactly what I want!
Then we have the kiddos!
Kiddo 1 - Milly, 3 in july!
Milly is a typical red head, butter wouldn't melt cutie pie one minute, then summons the evil of Malefacent the next!

She is my angel and I love her to pieces! She loves all things girly, despite my attempts to turn her into a tom boy like mummy, and she is a huge princess fan! I sometimes have to call her Cinderella for hours at a time! Seriously! She has a crazy imagination, something she gets from Daddy rather than me. she will be 3 1/2 when we go, its hard to imagine what she will be like by then but we shall see!
Max, suits his name, MAXIMUS! seriously! he's just about to turn 13 months, he runs, never walks, he is just growing out of his 2-3 clothes, he never stops eating and is just on the go the while time. He is SUCH a boy! he climbs, he jumps, he rolls, he grabs, he chews, he is our little beast! He is far more laid back than his sister, is also very independent which again sister is not, he just wanders around the house on his own, brings in a toy or 2, sits and plays etc, Milly is very much attached to me at all times!
Then we have saved the best for last! My MUMMY!

My Mum is genuinley 1 in a million. She is the most patient, kindest, loving person you could ever want to meet. Disney holidays mean more to her than anyone, she is a full time carer for my Dad who has a lot of problems both physical and unfortunately now, the medication he takes for these has had a profound effect on his mental capacities too. He is a difficult person. We love him to bits, don't get me wrong here,
but its a challenging situation, particually for my Mum. Dad can't travel anymore and Disney is Mums time away, her break, her sanity, her reward for all that she does. My sister and I look after my Dad whilst the other goes away with my Mum.
Disney is my mums hobby, she researches everything, she plans her points (DVC) and just lives for these holidays. I live about 10 minutes away from my Mum and see her most days with the kids. She truly is my best friend and always will be. If my children and I have half the relationship we do when they grow up, then I would be a very happy lady!
So thats the cast. Stay tuned guys!
