We just returned and used this add on. It included one character breakfast, 50 Disney Dollars for each child ages 3-9, and special seating for Beauty and the Beast,Playhouse Disney,Pocahontas,Tarzan Rocks, and Festival of the Lion King. I can't remember the exact cost of the add on but I believe it was $27 for adults and $63 for kids 3-9. I have no idea what the cost is for kids over 9 because my oldest is 7. The special seats were great front row center for Beauty and the Beast, at this show you get in line with everyone else, then go to the umbrella and give them your tickets and then they direct you to the reserved seats. I believe the ticket said to go to the exit of the show but there was no one there. At Playhouse Disney you go to the exit and they let you in a few minutes before everyone else so you can choose your seat. Same for Festival of the Lion King.Tarzan Rocks worked just like Beauty and the Beast, the seats there were front row center right were the skaters go by. For Pocahontas we got in line with everyone else and were seated in a reserved section that was left of center front row. The center section for this show is reserved for children under 10. We got the special seating vouchers, disney dollars, and breakfast vouchers when we checked in. There were a few snags such as, my reservation times for the shows at MGM didn't match the show times for the day we were there. I went to guest relations and it was an easy fix. Even though the sections are reserved you still want to get there early if you want the best of the reserved section. I'm pretty tired from an early flight this morning so if I've left anything out or if you have any questions just ask.:wave2:

Sounds pretty neat if you have kids! However, my GF and I won't be needing this any time soon, I promise ;)

Hope you had a great trip! :)

That does sound interesting. What type of package did you buy? Was your hotel included with your park tickets or did you buy everything separately?

I booked the dream maker package with the Prince and Princess plan as an add on. I don't think you can add the Prince and Princess plan without the dream maker.

Thanks for the quick answer. We are buying separate components so we will not be able to do this.

Thanks for the information anyway!!!

I was wondering how far in advance can you make the reservations for the shows ?

what character breakfast did you have?? I think it sounds GREAT. I just sent my TA a note and asked her if we could add it on!!

I love the idea of Disney $$ for the girls.

Hope

Thanks for the review. My TA didn't tell me to reserve seats early so I didn't do this until a few weeks ago after reading about it on these boards. The only day we could get Beauty and the Beast was on May 31 and I was debating on whether to bother on not. For front row center, we definitely will go! We couldn't get Playhouse Disney but got everything else. You're the first I've heard from that has done this. Makes me glad I did it too! 13 days and counting....

Thanks so much for reporting back about this add-on! We're only using it for 2 shows -- Beauty and the Beast and Festival of the Lion King -- but it sounds like they'll be great seats!

We reserved our seats about 70 days in advance, we ate at Chef Mickeys on Mothers day. I was worried about using the vouchers on a holiday but it was no problem. The sections did get crowded but we were there 30 minutes early for each show and got the best of the best seats.

Quick question. Where do you call to make seating arrangements for the shows. Also, how does this work? Do you tell the approximate times you want to attend shows and they give you vouchers for this. Thanks.

They tell you what time the shows are and you choose from those times. I called the same number I called to make my dining ps's. Which I think is 1-407-wdw-dine. I'm sure someone can correct me if I have the # wrong.

Thanks for the info...using this package in Aug. and had the same questions about the reserved seating.....
