I tried to cash out for some GC's when United declared bankruptcy. When I go to MyPoints account, it finally shows the GC's being taken out of my account on 1/28. I haven't received anything yet. I emailed them but got the form letter in return.

Anyone else waiting? How long. Anyone received GC's yet? Thanks

I cashed out for a Rainforest Cafe gift certificate in early December, 2002. I was hoping to have it for our Jan 18th trip to WDW. It finally came last week--took two months.

I don't know if it was because so many people were cashing out or what, but it did finally come.

Now I'm watching for a Walmart Certificate that I ordered in January! Trouble is, before Christmas, I would cash out and the certificates would come in a week...I guess I just got spoiled!

I had ordered a Circuit City GF on January 12th. I finally received it this weekend (2/15). Its very frustrating to sit and wonder when or if you'll receive this stuff, but hang in there.

I cashed out for a Barnes and Noble GC the first week in December and received it last week!! I think they just had an overload of redemptions when United declared bankruptcy (or whatever it was) and it made people nervous so they figured they better hurry up and cash out...either that or they maybe had a lot of christmas redemptions going on...either way I am glad that they are back on track now...

Hmm... wonder why my WC came faster? I ordered a $25 WC and it arrived in less than 2 weeks.
