Hi! Does anyone remember the amount of Bonus Point for spending over $1,000? I received my bonus points but not for purchases that they were late in giving me points (after several e-mails). These extra purchases put me above a $1,000.

I saved the e-mail as I have not yet gotten my bonus points either, although they were promised by the end of February, so hopefully soon.

Here is the quote:

"Here's how those Points add up during this 2-month promotion! From November 1st through December 31st, if you spend a total of:

$1 to $100 = 2 Points for every dollar
$101 to $500 = 3 Points for every dollar
$501 to $1,000 = 4 Points for every dollar
Over $1,000 = 5 Points for every dollar "

I was trying to calculate how much I was waiting for too and started to onder about those special point opportunities and if they would be calculated in. Tupperware, Walmart and Barnes and Noble (some more than once) are all special ones that I did, and they offered a certain number of points for the purchase, usually more than the standard two. So do those still qualify for this or not? Anyone remember or should I play the email tag game with Mypoints.....sigh....:rolleyes:

I do no believe the special offers were included in this promotion. The store had to have the special "purple" banner to be eligible. The points I received so far were just from these banners.

I'm still waiting for my bonus points. When I saw your post, I was trying to decide if I should wait till tomorrow to send an e-mail asking for them.
 
Just wondering if any of you who were waiting for Dec. shopping points have been successful in getting them yet? I e-mailed MyPoints but still have not had a response--not even the automated response you usually get first.

MyPoints csr's have always been good to correct problems in the past, so I feel like this will be too. I just wonder if MyPoints is now having to work with a reduced staff and that is why things are taking longer.

Hope we all see those points soon. Mine will give me enough for another webbie.
 
I e-mailed on Monday and got no response at all. I e-mailed again yesterday and at least got the confirmation # e-mail although no "real" answer yet. Still keeping my fingers crossed.
 
I sent an e-mail to them and received the canned "we're looking into it" response. Hoping to see those points soon.....I want to do some painting and a Home Depot cert would be very helpful!!
 
Got a response today saying that they will credit the points that I e-mailed them about in five business days. Once I get that e-mail I've never had trouble getting the points.

I should be able to get another webbie when those points hit. Yippee!
 
I just received a response from mypoints requesting copies of all my e-mail verifications from the vendors I shopped for over Christmas before they will credit my points! I DON'T HAVE THEM!

Lesson learned I guess. I am so bummed. I can't believe that they don't have any record of the purchases.

Aside from taking the time to request duplicates from all the vendors I shopped with.....any suggestions??
 
My points are now showing as pending till 4/9/03!!! I shopped in December, the points were originally promised by the end of January and now I won't see them until April, but I guess I should be happy that I'm getting them at all.

Seashelley: Not that this will help you now but I always save all of my confirmation e-mails until I receive full credit for them. I keep them in a special "mypoints" folder in my e-mail and delete them when the points are credited. Good luck.
 
but that person had made a mistake and thought the points they manually added for the KBToys purchase was my extra Christmas points. So had to email AGAIN, and this time they say they are adding them in 5 days, but I do not show them yet. However they do not address if the KBToys purchase is included as it was manually added in January but was a December purchase (have I lost you yet, 'cause I have lost a couple of their csr's! LOL!)

I am still waiting for that email response. And if I have to wait more than 5 days for the points to "Activate" I am gonna be steaming. I had to wait for them to add those KBToys points for a December purchase then wait for them to activate and it was almost 2 months and it was THEIR mistake. This is to, so I don't see why they would not stand by their "available by the end of February" statement made when I made the purchases through them instead of CR. I guess that is a lesson learned!
